Long Time No Post

Yes, I haven't posted in a while. In my defense, I have been very busy failing most of my classes and haven't had time for blogging. I promise, more interesting things will be arriving at some point.

My MakerBot CupCake CNC is assembled, but not quite working yet. I will be showing my many pictures of the process soon. The reason I am writing a post today is that this blog had a viewer! I got a message today that started, "Hi there! I am a completely random person from the internet..." Turns out another local wants feedback from someone printing with a low-resolution, non-support material 3-D printer like the CupCake. I said I'd be quite willing to print his designs and give feedback. Of course, this requires that the CupCake be able to print. So now I have the dual goals of updating this blog and getting the CupCake a little closer to actually printing things.

Just As a Beginning

Seeing as this is my first post, I thought I'd give you a little background. Well, ok, I like electronics, and I like to see how things work, and I like to play "mad scientist" and build things. This will be my little home-on-the-web where you can share in my electronics madness.
